Types of User Research
In this module, I was introduced to basis of user research. User research means observing users, asking questions, and finding out what they like and dislike, what motivates them to do certain things and the way they’d like to do them. Therefore, user research is the first step towards designing a successful product. In this module I conducted user survey to understand needs for rental furniture. Additionally, I conducted a contextual inquiry for LinkedIn.
