ABOUT

I am Aanchal Nigam, currently working as an Agile Enabler in a consulting firm based out of Gurgaon.

With a tenure of over 16 years in multiple companies, I bring with me a diverse background of experience including but not limited to product development & management, relationship management, and application support. My experience handling multiple oversea projects has given me a deep understanding of the western working culture, the professionalism, and the work ethics. Frequent business travels to the US of A, has helped me interact with the clientele base in the United States and has provided me with immense exposure to a broad variety of projects. Managing these projects at different levels has given me unparalleled experience in handling projects with extreme efficiency.. This in-turn has helped me develop strong customer/client relationship in addition to further strengthening the relationship with my department and organization.

In my current capacity as an Agile Enabler, my specialization is to work with multiple teams to guide, support, coach, and mentor them through their journey. I am collaborating with members of the Product, Business, Engineering teams to develop and maintain Product Backlogs through continuous delivery of features keeping customer centricity and business value in mind. I conducting workshops, training sessions to guide team around Agile, lean, and design thinking on how to improve performance, efficiency, delivery and predictability.

When I am not working I love to stay busy by reading books, listening to music, having fun with friends or family. I also like to watch any sport or crime series. Additionally, I am fond of traveling and love to explore new places whenever I get an opportunity.
